I’m Nick Otto, LMHC. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 16 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I strive to create a space that feels steady, grounded, and human. A place where clients feel safe, heard, and well informed. Therapy with me about working together in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, childhood trauma, or family dynamics, I’m here to support you. I work with people from all backgrounds, including Christian, non-Christian, multi-cultural, and LGBTQ+ communities. Whether you’re seeking structure, practical tools, deeper understanding, or simply room to breathe and think, my goal is to meet you where you are.
